Inquiry information
When you inquire, we receive the contact details, event information, and preferences you choose to share. We use these to respond, assess availability, and plan a potential booking. Required fields are marked in the form.
Delivery and security
Inquiry details are processed through our hosting and email delivery providers. Spam protection uses a short-lived hashed network identifier. If a CRM is connected, inquiries may also be stored there for follow-up. We do not include inquiry details in analytics events.
Analytics choices
If analytics is enabled, it loads only after you choose to allow it. Campaign parameters and the inquiry source help us understand where inquiries originate. Session storage retains campaign attribution for the current browsing session.
Your requests
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your inquiry information, contact info@opulentdjs.ca. Please avoid submitting sensitive information that is not needed to plan your event.
